Neesa Group’s Infrastructure division operates steel and alloyed steel foundries in Ahmedabad, manufacturing small and heavy engineering castings in various grades of Cast Steel, Alloyed Steel and SG/Ductile Iron (As cast and finish machined condition) for core Industrial & Engineering sectors at Domestic and Global level. Castings for Valve, Cement, Crushers, Thermal Power Stations, Steel Plants, Colliery, Mining, Construction, Gen. Engg., Petrochemical, Fertilizers, Pump for industries are produced in as ‘Cast’ and finished machine condition. The sizes range from 1 Kg. to 10 Tonne single piece job.
The excellent quality of Neesa Infrastructure casting is the result of continuous and diligent efforts of maintaining international standards by our team experts, our quality plan ensures that all the batch of input raw materials are rigorously tested on receipt and accepted for use only if they meet our specific standards. Continuous monitoring processes and rigid control begins right from the preparation and conditioning of molding sands and core making. Other molding processes, coupled with strict metallurgical control of melting, metal treatment, casting and subsequent processing, ensures a consistent product quality.
