Located in an industrial suburb of Ahmedabad, is the metal-processing vertical of the group. The present production capacity consists of 10,000 tpa of steel ingot manufacturing and 3600 tpa of foundry facility. The foundry focuses on valve body castings. A major expansion is under construction now. This will raise foundry capacity to 9000 tpa and create 15000 tpa of re-rolling facility. In addition, there will be a modern machine shop.

 

The company is also setting up a bio-mass-cum-coal-based power plant to meet its captive requirement.

 

Neesa Infrastructure has received ISO Certificate for manufacturing of graded casting by ISOQAR (for process & system), Lloyds Register has certified the calibration of ultimate tensile testing machine for consistency of physical results, Director of Boilers has approved the in house physical and chemical laboratory for manufacturing casting under IBR inspection.
