The perspective has led to Neesa Group becoming a significant Indian hotel chain in just four years under brand “Cambay”.

 

'Cambay' chain consists of Nine existing hotels/resorts, while two are opening in the 2010. The existing nine properties, put together, offer 700 rooms. In addition, there is a golf course, backed by training academy, at Gandhingar and Jaipur each.

 

Neesa Group will add rooms to the nine properties over 2010-11. Besides, it will complete construction at its two sites- Jodhpur and Neemrana, making it an 1150 room chain. In addition to 1150 owned rooms, it is negotiating with property owners to operate hotels under management and marketing contract.
